Know your emotions : Tension

Things just aren't going your way. Maybe you're not having fun, or doing something you don't like... or seeing a table somehow on fire! You're feeling Tense.

You just can't do certain things while Tense... You can't even brush off your (not so good) art skills if you're all wound up. You could try to relieve this by Complaining about your Problems... but it's even better to Vent. It's not healthy to keep it in, but if you do...

...You'll feel Very Tense. Good luck trying to even improve your art skills, because it's just not going to happen! Have a seat (or look in the mirror) and wait for a while to relax. Or do something good for yourself and have some fun; watch TV or play video games, punch tall skinny purple plumber or better yet, have a relaxing bath or shower. Say, maybe you should ask your little sister for a massage. That's always good to relieve tension.
